Returns & Exchanges
You may return your jewellery for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Your piece of jewellery should not be worn, scratched or damaged. Items should be returned in their original packaging with the original product tags attached and they should be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
We offer FREE exchange Australia wide. This means you can exchange your item(s) for different item(s): we pay all shipping cost and you receive a store credit equal to the amount you have spent. Free exchange is offered one time per order.
In case of a full refund, the cost of the return package is paid by a customer.
Shipping costs are not refunded for shipments outside Australia. The return shipping should be arranged and paid by an overseas customer.
To initiate the return or exchange, please contact us by e-mail providing all relevant data including your full name, address, telephone number and the invoice number.
In case of the full refund, shipping charges will be deducted.
Any refunds will be made by the same means you used to make the payment. We usually process refunds within 2 business days of receiving your returned item.
All goods purchased from Trezoro come with 12 months warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and/or workmanship. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

The twelve-month limited warranty excludes damage due to ordinary wear and tear (including rhodium plating wearing off), misuse, accident, abuse, alteration, substitution, improper repair, or any other type of use causing deterioration.
Trezoro will inspect every returned item. If in our discretion, such jewellery shows signs of any of the foregoing, the warranty will be void.
In the case of disputes, Trezoro reserves the right to order an independent inspection by a third party. If the product is found not to have a major problem or has been the subject to ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, substitution, improper repair or any other type of use causing deterioration you will be required to pay the transport and inspection costs. An estimate of these costs will be provided to you before the product is collected.
